It’s hard to get all the great things in a short testimony for agent Albert Martelli. He is a one of a kind individual that starts as an agent, but becomes like family by the end of a sale. Not only is he extremely hardworking, but he is honest. When he does not have an answer (which is not often), he does not guess, but instead points you in the right direction and gets you the contact information of who to speak to. Nothing ever felt rushed or pushed, because I felt he truly wanted me to find the home that was perfect for my family. The house I ended up buying I knew was going to go fast. He got me into it immediately as soon as I reached out to him. He was ready to put in the work within a short amount of time to get the offer in and accepted the day we saw it! During the closing, I ran into one hiccup and he worked all day to help me resolve my issue and find the answers I needed (which I believe was going to make it or break). He literally made all the phone calls to make it happen!
